Do not eat more apples

Eating apples has numerous health benefits. World’s doctors suggested to eat an apple as it contains healthy fiber and vitamin.Eating an apple at the hunger time will also give rid from the extreme hunger for some time. But as every other things, eating too many apples also has the demerits.Apple-Store
Eating too many apples in one day more than needed has the followings  health effects
1.Apple contains the carbohydrate. However,this carbohydrate is not a bad type of carbohydrate.But eating carbohydrate in much amount in a single day will lead to the maximum carbohydrate in the body which does not allow to burn the fat.This will lead to increment in the fat of the body and causes the weight gain.
2. Apple also has many calories. Eating apples in balanced amount will not  shortage the body energy,  fatigue, insomnia, and  laziness. However, eating more apples will produces the large amount of  calories  which increases the r!$k of diabetes.
3.Apple is good for the control of blood pressure but be aware the more amount of apple in a single day may can increases the blood pressure.
Then, what amount of apple is good to eat in a day?
* Generally: an apple contains 25 grams of carbohydrates, in which 5 grams is of  fiber. Our bodies needs at least 45 grams of carbohydrate per day. Therefore, 2 apple is good for most appropriate for per day.
* An apple nearly contains  150 grams of calories and 1000 calories is needed for human body in a day, but calorie can be found from other foods too.So, 3/4  apples is very good in a day.
