Sometimes it seems as though suicide: Ram Chandra Poudel

Nepali Congress acting President Ram Chandra Poudel has announced his candidacy for the post of the party president for the upcoming 13th General Convention to begin in the capital from tomorrow. Shashank Koirala from the team of Poudel is vying for the post of general secretary. The General Secretary of the party, Prakash Man Singh will propose Poudel for the party's presidential post while Ram Sharan Mahat will second it.
